Who We Are

Welcome to our church, where God’s love and the hope found in Him are at the heart of everything we do. We are a community of believers committed to living out the teachings of Jesus Christ, embracing the grace and truth that He offers to all. Here, you will find a family of faith, united by a common desire to serve God and bring light to the world around us.

We believe in the transforming power of God’s love—a love that restores, heals, and gives hope in every season of life. As a church, we strive to be a beacon of hope to all who walk through our doors, creating a space where every person can grow in their faith, find support in times of need, and experience the abundant life God intends for each of us.

Whether you are new to the faith, exploring your beliefs, or have walked with God for many years, you belong here. Together, we seek to be a reflection of God’s hope, mercy, and grace in our community and beyond. Welcome to a place where faith thrives, love abounds, and hope is always alive.

Pastor & Church
14th Anniversary 2024

I am deeply honored to have been called by the Lord to serve as Senior Pastor of New Birth Tabernacle of Praise for the past 14 years. This weekend has been a time of joy and reflection on this journey, and I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Bishop Lamar Simmons of Love & Faith Community Church, Overseer Stephen Caldwell of the E Church, Apostle Carlton McWhite, and Pastor Corey Young of Griffin Chapel Primitive Baptist Church for their support and fellowship.

It is truly humbling to be loved, accepted, and appreciated by those we are called to serve. My wife and I are deeply committed to serving the Griffin Heights community and the broader city as servant leaders, and we are grateful for the opportunity to continue walking in this calling.
